Alliance strives to meet all federal and state licensing and compliance requirements.

Alliance is a North Carolina non-profit organization, registered with the NC Secretary of State, and maintains a Certificate of Authority to conduct operations as a non-profit in all states and the US Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands.

Alliance is approved by the Executive Office of US Trustees (EOUST), a division of the US Department of Justice, to provide bankruptcy counseling and education courses in all court districts*. We are also approved to by all Bankruptcy Administrators in Alabama and North Carolina*. *These authorities require the following: Such approval does not endorse or assure the quality of an agency’s service.
