Alliance is a North Carolina non-profit organization, registered with the NC Secretary of State, and maintains a Certificate of Authority to conduct operations as a non-profit in all states and the US Territories of Guam, Puerto Rico, and The Virgin Islands. Alliance is approved by the Executive Office of US Trustees (EOUST), a division of the US Department of Justice, to provide bankruptcy counseling and education courses in all court districts in the 48 states they administer. Alliance is also approved to by all Bankruptcy Administrators in all districts in Alabama and North Carolina. Alliance is NOT A LOAN COMPANY, we DO NOT LEND MONEY and DOES NOT PROVIDE CREDIT TO ANY CONSUMER.
