  • We have worked with over 30,0000 local homeowners to avoid foreclosure.
  • You are 2X (two times) more likely to get a loan modification. By working with HUD approved counseling professionals such as Alliance, you greatly increase the likelihood of a modification.
  • You are likely to have a greater monthly payment savings with a loan modification through Alliance. It is approximately $175/month more savings over what you can get on your own.

Charlotte Foreclosure Prevention Fund Workshop Provides Options

Our counseling usually starts with a small group workshop. During the workshop we will meet with you in person. We will go over the options that might be available to you. We will collect documentation that will help us better understand your situation.

We can work together to create a budget, set priorities and explore the right strategies to help you keep your home. We will work with your lender to obtain a solution to your mortgage issue.

NC Foreclosure Prevention Fund
