Alliance endeavors to maintain the Homebuyer Education Course with up to date information and changes in laws and regulations.
The Homebuyer Education Course has been authored by HUD affiliated housing professionals.

The online course is prepared by an adult learning professional with training and experience in online and live, in-person formats.

As a HUD-Approved agency, Alliance also provides consumer education, counseling and assistance in homebuyer education, and specific protocol counseling for reverse mortgage and foreclosure. Alliance also offers personal finance education.
